Shorter version of Rohit Sharma: L Balaji on Shubman Gill

Former India cricketer Lakshmipathy Balaji called GT skipper Shubman Gill "a shorter version of Rohit Sharma". He added, "Like Rohit, Gill is flamboyant, has the extra time and plays the backfoot cover drive." Balaji highlighted that Gill plays conventional cricket at a high strike rate with consistency and is an improved player with "back-to-back excellent seasons" in IPL.
