Shots fired in Philippine senate as ex-President’s aide resists arrest

Gunshots were fired in the Philippine senate building after former President Rodrigo Duterte's aide Ronald Rosa resisted arrest by the International Criminal Court. Reporters were seen running and claimed hearing more than a dozen gunshots. Ronald Rosa served as Philippines' national police chief under Duterte from 2016 to 2018 and is charged with killing thousands under the 'Philippine drug war'.
