Should keep our powder dry when dealing with China: Farooq Abdullah

Former J&K CM Farooq Abdullah said India should keep its "powder dry" as anything can happen when dealing with China. "There is a problem...We hope a dialogue will be able to sort this out," said Abdullah. He further said that "mistakes" made in terms of Kashmiri Pandits needed to be accepted and hoped that they are not repeated.
