Should've been thrown in dustbin: SC on 2006 Sabarimala plea that led to 2018 order
Questioning the basis of 2006 PIL that led to its 2018 order allowing entry of women of all ages into Kerala's Sabarimala temple, Supreme Court said the material should have been "thrown in the dustbin". The court said that it had entertained the petition on the basis of material that did not merit judicial consideration.
