Shree Cement elevates MD Hari Mohan Bangur to Chairman's post

Shree Cement's board approved the elevation of Managing Director Hari Mohan Bangur to the Chairman's post with effect from October 15. Neeraj Akhoury, the former MD & CEO of ACC and Ambuja Cements, will be appointed as its Managing Director for five years. Chairman Benu Gopal Bangur has resigned and has been appointed as Chairman Emeritus of the company.
