Shriram Finance Q4FY26 profit rises 40.86%, ₹6 dividend announced

Shriram Finance reported a 40.86% year-on-year jump in Q4FY26 net profit to ₹3,013.57 crore, up from ₹2,139.39 crore a year ago. The company announced a final dividend of ₹6 per share, in addition to an interim dividend of ₹4.80. The Non-Banking Financial Company's (NBFC) gross NPA stood at 4.58% in Q4FY26, slightly higher than 4.54% in the previous quarter.
