Shubman Gill has emerged from shadows of banyan tree: Navjot Sidhu

Ex-India cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu said India captain Rohit Sharma and ex-India captain Virat Kohli are the banyan tree of Indian cricket, adding that Shubman Gill has emerged from the shadows of that banyan tree. "Gill's two straight drives and even the blistering cover drive [against Pakistan] are like a blitzkrieg where...opposition is taken aback...it’s awe-inspiring," Sidhu added.
