Shubman Gill, on May 6 (Tuesday), played the third-slowest knock (at least 40 balls faced) by a captain in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The Gujarat Titans (GT) skipper scored 43 off 46 deliveries in Match 56 of the IPL 2025 against Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Wankhede Stadium.
