Shubman Gill smashes fastest double hundred in ODI cricket history

India captain Shubman Gill today smashed the fastest double hundred in ODI history. The 27-year-old took 117 deliveries to smash double hundred in the second ODI against West Indies in Guwahati. The previous record was held by Ishan Kishan, who took 126 deliveries for his double hundred against Bangladesh in 2022. It is Gill's second double hundred in ODIs.
