Shubman Gill smashes highest-ever score by an Indian in T20I cricket

Team India's 23-year-old opener Shubman Gill on Wednesday recorded the highest-ever score by an Indian in T20I cricket after scoring 126* off 63 deliveries against New Zealand in the third T20I. He broke the previous record held by Virat Kohli, who had slammed 122*(61) against Afghanistan on September 8, 2022. The hundred is Gill's first-ever in T20I cricket.
