Renowned filmmaker Shyam Benegal, who passed away at the age of 90 on Monday, was cremated with full state honours at Mumbai's Shivaji Park Electric Crematorium on Tuesday. His funeral was attended by actors Naseeruddin Shah, Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah, among others. The legendary filmmaker was admitted to the intensive care unit at Mumbai's Wockhardt Hospital.
