Modi who speaks about Mangala Sutra and bangles, does not deserve to be the Prime Minister.He was speaking after inaugurating Prajadhwani-2 organized on behalf of Priyanka Jarakiholi, the Congress candidate from Chikkodi Lok Sabha constituency.
