Siguler Guff invests ₹379 cr in Chili's operator Trimex Foods

US-headquartered Siguler Guff has invested $40 million (₹379 crore) in Trimex Foods, the Indian franchise partner for restaurant brands including Chili's Grill & Bar. The investment by the private-equity firm is aimed at supporting Trimex's expansion across India and adding new global brands. New Delhi-based Trimex currently operates over 50 restaurants and bakery cafes across 13 cities in India.
