Silver, gold crash in Indian futures market on last day of 2025

Silver and gold prices crashed in the Indian futures market on the last trading day of 2025. As per MCX, silver futures with March expiry plunged by ₹18,784 or over 7% to hit a low of ₹2,32,228 per kg. Meanwhile, gold futures with February expiry dropped by ₹1,048 or over 0.7% to reach a low of ₹1,35,618 per 10 gm.
