American gymnast Simone Biles won the all-around gymnastics gold at the Rio Olympics on Thursday. The 19-year-old had led the United States to a gold in the gymnastics team competition earlier this week. Biles became the fourth straight American woman to win the Olympic all-around gymnastics gold after Gabby Douglas (2012), Nastia Liukin (2008) and Carly Patterson (2004).
