Simplilearn raises $45 million in funding round led by GSV Ventures

US and India-based edtech platform Simplilearn has secured $45 million in a new funding round led by GSV Ventures at an undisclosed valuation. The funding round also saw participation from Clal Insurance and DisruptAD, among others. In July 2021, Blackstone acquired a majority stake in Simplilearn, which was founded by Krishna Kumar in 2010.
