Singapore issues advisory as Delhi-NCR imposes GRAP-4

Singapore High Commission has issued an advisory for its nationals as Delhi-NCR imposed GRAP-4 anti-pollution measures amid heavy smog. It urged them to "pay heed" to Delhi authorities' advice to stay indoors and use masks, especially children and those with respiratory or cardiac ailments. Noting the low visibility, it added that flight operations might be affected.
