Singapore has suspended trade relations with North Korea in compliance with UN sanctions against the reclusive nation's nuclear and missile programmes. Those violating the prohibitions will be fined up to ₹96 lakh or four times the value of the goods traded. Notably, Singapore is North Korea's seventh largest trading partner.
