Singer Ruksana Bano dies aged 27 in Odisha, family claims rival singer poisoned her

Popular Sambalpuri singer Ruksana Bano died aged 27 while undergoing treatment for Scrub Typhus at AIIMS Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. While the exact cause of her death is yet to be revealed by the hospital, her family alleged a rival singer from western Odisha poisoned her. Her sister said Ruksana fell ill after drinking juice while she was shooting in Bolangir.
