SIP inflows cross ₹26,000 crore for first time in December

The monthly mutual fund investments via systematic investment plans (SIPs) crossed the ₹26,000-crore mark for the first time in December. The inflows stood at ₹26,459 crore in December, compared to ₹25,320 crore in November, according to the Association of Mutual Funds in India data. The number of mutual fund folios also hit an all-time high of 22.50 crore in December.
