SIR a Frankenstein monster: Kharge as Delhi CM, Advani get notice

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday called the special intensive revision (SIR) of electoral rolls a Frankenstein monster, which is now trapping its own people. Several BJP leaders including Lal Krishna Advani, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, and Delhi CM Rekha Gupta have been issued notices by the Election Commission. "Press release for VIPs, silence for ordinary voters," Kharge added.
