SIR begins in Delhi, over 1.45 crore voters to be covered

The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Delhi has begun today (June 30) and is expected to cover over 1.45 crore registered voters. Over 13,000 BLOs will go to voters' homes to distribute enumeration forms, including on Saturdays and Sundays. The door-to-door survey will end on July 29, and draft electoral rolls will be published on August 5.
