SIR deletions outnumber winning margins in 49 West Bengal seats

Out of 293 West Bengal Assembly seats where results were declared, 49 had winning margins lower than the number of electors deleted during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, which saw over 90 lakh names removed. Of the 49 seats, 26 were won by BJP, 21 by TMC and two by Congress.
