Sir Ganga Ram Hospital treats hand tremors without surgery

A retired teacher with severe hand tremors found relief at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital through a non-surgical MRI-guided focused ultrasound procedure. The treatment, used for essential tremors and tremor-dominant Parkinson's, avoids cuts or implants. Doctors reported immediate improvement, making this the first such non-invasive therapy for movement disorders in North India.
