SIR helps Haryana man reunite with brother missing for 35 years

Sitaram returned to his village in Haryana for an old school certificate needed for SIR. The BLO, who's also a teacher at the government school, happened to recognise his brother Dalbir Singh and called him, reuniting the brothers. Sitaram's family had left him at a massage centre in Punjab for polio treatment, from where he went missing 35 years ago.
