Sirsa shares video of Rahul Gandhi keeping Constitution book near his feet

Delhi minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa shared a video of Rahul Gandhi that showed him keeping the Constitution book near his feet. Stating that Rahul neither respects the national anthem nor honours the Constitution, Sirsa added, "Have some shame at least." Congress MP KC Venugopal had handed over the book to Rahul Gandhi as the National Anthem played in the background.
