SIT arrests ex-SGPC employee Kanwaljit Singh in sacred saroop case

The SIT arrested former SGPC employee Kanwaljit Singh, who allegedly played a direct role in serious irregularities in the disappearance of 328 sacred saroops, an official spokesperson of the SIT said on Sunday. The SIT carried out searches at 14 locations and seized seven mobile phones, three tablets, two laptops, one storage device and several incriminating financial records and documents.
