Sitar maestro Pandit Debu Chaudhuri dies of COVID-19 complications

Sitar maestro Pandit Devabrata Chaudhuri passed away on Saturday aged 85 due to coronavirus-related complications. His son Prateek announced the demise of his father, also known as Debu Chaudhuri, on Facebook. "He was admitted with COVID along with dementia complications and was put...on ventilator around midnight today...after which he suffered a heart attack and couldn't be revived," he wrote.
