Sitaram Yechury's son Ashish Yechury passes away due to COVID-19 aged 34

CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury's son Ashish Yechury passed away due to COVID-19 on Thursday aged 34. Ashish, who was working as an assistant editor at an independent news media company, died at a private hospital in Gurugram. Condoling his demise, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor tweeted, "Devastated by the news @SitaramYechury, @seemay. There's no greater loss for a parent to endure."
