Sitharaman doesn't have a constituency, hence has no empathy: Karti

While speaking in Lok Sabha, Congress MP Karti Chidambaram criticised Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman over the Union Budget. He said, "Because this Finance Minister doesn't have a constituency, because this Finance Minister doesn't interact with people who go through daily problems of joblessness...this Budget lacks empathy and compassion." He said, "This Budget must be rejected by the House."
