Sitharaman recites couplet, quotes 'Arthashastra' during Budget

While presenting the Budget, Nirmala Sitharaman said, "Yakeen ho toh koi rasta nikalta hai, hawa ki ot bhi lekar chiraag jalta hai (You find a way if you have faith, lamp burns bright even in gushing wind)". Quoting Chanakya's 'Arthashastra', she said, "Kaarya purusha kare na lakshyam sampa dayate (With determined human efforts, the task will surely be completed)."
