Situation under control: Wayanad DC amid Kerala floods

Wayanad District Collector (DC) AR Ajayakumar on Saturday said that the flood situation in Kerala was totally under control, adding that there is no need to panic. Ajayakumar added that no major incident was reported apart from the landslide in Puthumala. Most vulnerable locations in the area were preventively evacuated and nearly 30,000 people are in relief camps, Ajayakumar said.
