SJ Logistics (India) Limited acquired 100% equity of Dubai-based SJ Logisol Shipping LLC for ₹55.77 lakh. The target, involved in sea and air cargo and customs brokerage, reported a turnover of AED 367,000. This related-party transaction, involving Promoter Group member Jeet Shah, was conducted at arm’s length, based on an independent valuation.
