Skilled gamers earning equal to IIT graduates: Report

Skilled esports players, especially those competing internationally or as part of professional teams, earn equal to IIT graduates, Moneycontrol reported. While skilled gamers can earn ₹15-₹30 lakh yearly, top players can earn up to ₹1 crore, gaming studio SuperGaming's CEO Roby John said. The average salary of IIT graduates is between ₹10-₹25 lakh per annum (LPA), the report said.
