Skin colour doesn't matter: Spain's Cubarsí on ex-PM's remark on France WC squad

Spain defender Pau Cubarsí has called for tolerance after the nation's former PM, Mariano Rajoy, claimed that France's FIFA World Cup 2026 squad has "no French players". "If they play for the French national team, then at the end of the day they are French," he said. Cubarsí added, "The colour of their skin doesn't matter because...we all deserve respect."
