Skype recordings reviewed without security by contractors in China: Report

Microsoft hired contractors in China to listen and review Skype call and Cortana recordings for years with "no security measures", the Guardian reported. A worker claimed he was allowed to review potentially sensitive audio from home on a personal laptop, without being asked for proper identity proof. Microsoft said the ten-second-long snippets are now graded in "secure facilities" outside China.
