Skyroot reveals Vikram-1's parts are named after Kalam, Sarabhai & Raman

Skyroot has named its Vikram-1 mission components after Indian space pioneers Vikram Sarabhai, APJ Abdul Kalam and CV Raman. The company successfully launched India's first privately built orbital rocket, Vikram-1, named after Sarabhai, the father of India's space programme. Its Kalam solid-fuel engines and Raman-I 3D-printed liquid engines power the rocket's key stages.
