Skyroot sets July 12-Aug 4 launch window for India's 1st private orbital rocket

Skyroot Aerospace said it's preparing for the launch of its Vikram-1 rocket, marking the first attempt by an Indian private company to place a satellite in orbit. It has set a July 12-August 4 launch window for the maiden flight from Satish Dhawan Space Centre. The launch vehicle can carry payloads of up to 350 kilograms into low Earth orbit.
