Slack employees to stop regular work for a week to finish training

Employees of work chat app Slack will reportedly take a week off from their regular work duties to complete an internal training. According to Fortune, the employees will spend their time on Salesforce's Trailhead online learning platform to upskill themselves and attain 'Ranger status'. Meanwhile, some engineers are reportedly automating tasks on Trailhead to speed through the training modules.
