Slap in the face to Ukraine: Estonia on Putin skipping peace talks

Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said Russian President Vladimir Putin's decision not to travel to Istanbul for peace talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and sending a second-tier delegation is a slap in the face to Ukraine.
