Sleepwell owner Sheela Foam to buy Kurlon Enterprise for ₹3,250 crore: Report

Sleepwell mattresses' owner Sheela Foam will acquire rival company Kurlon Enterprise, buying 100% of the company in two tranches for a cash consideration of ₹3,250 crore, reported Moneycontrol. The move will reportedly help Sheela Foam to double its market share. The deal is expected to be completed within a couple of months.
