Small-cap stock fixes record date for first-ever 5:1 bonus

V-Marc India fixed July 3, 2026, as the record date for its first-ever 5:1 bonus issue, with shareholders receiving five bonus shares for every one share held. The company also reported record FY26 performance, with revenue rising to ₹1,797 crore from ₹896 crore, net profit nearly tripling to ₹100 crore, and ROCE standing at 41.4%.
