Small plane crashes and turns into fireball in US, 15 houses catch fire

A small plane crashed into a San Diego neighbourhood in the US, with the authorities calling it a "direct hit to multiple homes". Around 15 homes and several cars have caught fire after the plane turned into a fireball on impact. Authorities have begun evacuating residents across several blocks.
