Small restaurants to now need fire safety NOCs in Delhi: Officials

Small restaurants with seating capacity below 50 and PG accommodations with 10 or more rooms will now mandatorily need to apply for a fire safety no-objection certificate (NOC), officials said. The decision comes following the recommendations of a sub-committee, which was formed by the Delhi government. Previously, these establishments didn't need a fire safety NOC, The Indian Express reported.
