Small startups to be FDI rules' biggest losers: Binny Bansal

Talking about the effects of newly imposed FDI policy on e-commerce, Flipkart Co-founder Binny Bansal said "fledging startups" will be the biggest losers. Adding, large companies had enough capital to navigate it, he said startups' funding rounds are being put on hold as there isn't any clarity. "[G]overnment should create policy and stick to it...else it creates havoc," he added.
