SML Mahindra shares hit 20% upper circuit for 2nd straight day

Shares of SML Mahindra hit the 20% upper circuit for the second straight day on Thursday. At 2 pm, SML Mahindra shares were trading 20% higher at ₹5,479.2 apiece. This comes after Mahindra & Mahindra announced a restructuring plan under which it will transfer its trucks and buses business to the company for a consideration of ₹525 crore.
