Smriti Irani, Ravi Shankar take charge of their ministries

BJP leaders Smriti Irani and Ravi Shankar Prasad on Monday took charge as the Union Women and Child Development Minister and Law and Justice Minister respectively. Soon after assuming charge, Irani held a meeting with all senior officials of the Ministry. Prasad, however, said that he will play a role as a stakeholder, giving due regard to the collegium system.
