SMX partners with FinGo to boost gold tracking and security

SMX shares rose 7% pre-market after unveiling a partnership with FinGo and Bougainville Refinery to build an end-to-end authentication platform for the gold supply chain. The collaboration combines SMX's molecular tracking with FinGo biometric KYC/AML, aiming to verify both gold and handlers, enhance traceability, and support regulatory and ESG standards.
