Snap may launch AR glasses later this year: Reports

Snapchat-parent Snap will launch its augmented reality (AR) glasses "Spectacles" later this year, several reports claimed. The glasses are designed specifically for augmented reality and will allow users to place virtual objects in a physical space. Snap earlier confirmed its participation in a keynote address at the Augmented World Expo in June and could unveil the glasses at the event.
