Snap to shut down app that lets PC users use filters in video calls

Snap is shutting down Snap Camera, which allows users to apply filters to video chats on PCs and Macs, on January 25. Snap said users can continue using Lenses on their computers with Snapchat for Web. Notably, Snap Camera was behind the viral 2020 'Potato Boss' video, in which a CEO accidentally turned herself into a potato during a meeting.
